Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) In-School Youth Development Program Services
The Workforce Board Lehigh Valley (WBLV) is seeking proposals to provide new and creative program services for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) eligible In-School Youth.
Proposer(s) may be public or private not-for-profit corporations, community based organizations, business and/or trade associates, Lehigh and Northampton County school districts, and private for-profit corporations, labor organizations and governmental units including municipalities. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to submit proposals.

Proposals must be submitted no later than 3:00pm (EST) on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, after which date and time WBLV will not accept additional proposals.
