Workforce Board Lehigh Valley has money that we want to put to good use to improve the economic climate of our community, fund training opportunities, and help the Lehigh Valley workforce get to work.
The following are current grant-funded opportunities for proposals through Workforce Board Lehigh Valley. It’s our priority to provide the financial resources necessary to address Lehigh Valley’s workforce challenges.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) AND REQUEST FOR QUOTES (RFQ) FOR SERVICES UNDER THE WORKFORCE INNOVATION AND OPPORTUNITY ACT (WIOA) AND EMPLOYMENT ADVANCEMENT AND RETENTION NETWORK (EARN), YOUTH
AND ONE-STOP OPERATOR.
The Workforce Board Lehigh Valley (WBLV) is seeking two (2) Request for Proposals and one (1) Request for Quotes for the management and delivery of services. Proposer(s) may be public or private not-for-profit corporation, local educational agencies, business and/or trade associations, private for-profit organizations, labor organizations, and governmental units including municipalities. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to submit proposals.
