Workforce Board Lehigh Valley has money that we want to put to good use to improve the economic climate of our community, fund training opportunities, and help the Lehigh Valley workforce get to work.

The following are current grant-funded opportunities for proposals through Workforce Board Lehigh Valley. It’s our priority to provide the financial resources necessary to address Lehigh Valley’s workforce challenges.

REQUEST FOR QUOTES – PA CAREERLINK® LEHIGH VALLEY SYSTEM OPERATOR

The Workforce Board Lehigh Valley is seeking quotes to procure a “one-stop operator” for PA CareerLink® Lehigh Valley and its two affiliate sites.   The operator’s primary responsibility is the coordination of service delivery of one-stop partners and service providers in the one-stop delivery system.  Additional roles and responsibilities are outlined in the RFQ.

The mission of PA CareerLink® Lehigh Valley is to implement a delivery system which serves our community as a clearinghouse of resources, inclusive of all information, employment opportunities, training and education options, through a customer focused system based on the current and future labor market needs of the Lehigh Valley.

In accordance with Public Law 101-166, Section 511, known as the Steven’s Amendment, this Request for Proposals (RFP) is 100% funded with Federal funds and 0% with non-federal funds. The Agreement to be entered into as a result of this RFP will also be 100% funded with federal funds and 0% with non-federal funds.
