Workforce Board Lehigh Valley has money that we want to put to good use to improve the economic climate of our community, fund training opportunities, and help the Lehigh Valley workforce get to work.
The following are current grant-funded opportunities for proposals through Workforce Board Lehigh Valley. It’s our priority to provide the financial resources necessary to address Lehigh Valley’s workforce challenges.

REQUEST FOR QUOTES (RFQ) FOR MULTIPLE SERVICES
The Workforce Board Lehigh Valley (WBLV) has released seven (7) Request for Quotes (RFQs) and one (1) Request for Proposal.
Proposer(s) may be public or private not-for-profit corporations, local educational agencies, business and/or trade associations, private for-profit organizations, labor organizations, and governmental units, including municipalities. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to submit proposals.

Proposals for the General Legal Services; Information Technology; Website Design, Development, Maintenance; and WIOA Legal Services RFQs must be received by 3:00 p.m. (EST) on Monday, May 4, 2026.
